Note: Does not affect existing system configurations; fully compatible with system settings without requiring any modifications. Can be deployed in conjunction with PT cabinets.


2. Key Technologies

(1)Overvoltage monitoring and waveform recording

Automatically records parameters such as number of operations, operation times, and busbar voltage at the time of operation.

Sampling frequency: 10 MHz. For voltage waveforms during transient overvoltages, real-time recording and waveform storage are performed with a resolution of 50 ns.

(2)Two-stage voltage limiting technology

First stage: The high-energy absorption unit is engaged immediately with no delay in response.

Second stage: If the voltage still exceeds the preset allowable value, the overvoltage peak clipper is activated to rapidly clamp the busbar voltage to below 1.8 times the rated value.

(3)Grounding overvoltage suppression

Provides real-time suppression of ground-countering overvoltages.

Parallel connection configuration: one set for each busbar section.


3. Technical Advantages

(1)Nanosecond-level monitoring and waveform recording

During transient overvoltages, the busbar voltage is monitored in real time, and nanosecond-level waveform recording is achieved, with recorded data and stored waveforms.

(2)Superior overvoltage suppression

Suppresses various busbar overvoltages; features a lower action voltage (1.6 times rated), extremely low residual voltage (1.8 times rated), and ultra-high energy withstand capability (megajoule-level, versus conventional kilojoule-level).

(3)Full-scenario reliable compatibility

Fully compatible with existing system protection configurations, requiring no modifications whatsoever.

(4)Low power consumption and explosion-proof

In standby mode under normal conditions, with negligible power consumption. During overvoltages, there is no risk of explosion, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
